We make it easier Lucrative more comfortable faster more efficient

One of our co-founders, Chris Polmans, is known in the Netherlands as the Estonia-expert. Thanks to the time he spends living in Estonia, and the experiences which he gained, he has a very good view on the country and the culture. After delving deeper into Estonia, and making the comparison with the Netherlands and other countries and cultures, he started to spread the word about the incredible phenomenon “Estonia”. Since then he has guided groups of students and organizations to Estonia going on an inspiration trip or business tour to explore the country.

Chris Polmans always starts his business trips with a seminar to create a frame of reference through which the country can be understood. By giving a good frame sense-making frame through which the country and the culture can be viewed, our customers are better able to understand and interpret what they see and find out what needs to be done to implement similar things back home. During his seminars, Chris Polmans focuses on the following aspects.

  • Introduction to Estonia
  • The great things about doing business with Estonia
  • The Estonian (digital) government
  • A great place for start-ups and outsourcing
  • Why Estonia is so innovative, and where the country gets its innovative strength from
  • Estonian culture and history – leading to an environment in which these innovations are possible
  • Comparing

Next to our big network in Estonia, because of which we are able to open a lot of doors, we are also capable in making sure our customers can make sense of their experiences, by placing them in the right perspective. By explaining the culture, we provide our customers with a proper lens through which the country can be viewed. Thanks to our background in consulting, we know that in order to learn, one needs to understand a situation and the culture. Simply implementing the same thing in a different situation is not sufficient to be successful. We also link this to the historic events, which make this culture very understandable.

We also offer our customers the opportunity to implement their desired changes. When this inspiration trip leads to desired changes, or when the reason to visit Estonia was to find out how something is done in Estonia, we can help to implement these things successfully in the organizations of our customers.

We believe that by means of alignment between the strategy, structure, culture, and supportive means (like reward systems) the right environment can be created to reach the aims and objectives within an organization. Thanks to our experience in consulting we are able to offer these insights to our customers during and after their participation in our business trip to Estonia.

Feel free to context us to find out if we can help you with organizing a custom made business trip.
